Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you've changed your mind, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• In its original condition, with all tags and labels attached
• Purchased directly from ironimperium.com

Items that don't meet these conditions may be refused, or returned to you at your cost.

Return shipping is at your cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective, Damaged, or Mispacked Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, report it within 14 days of delivery. These claims are not held to the unworn/undamaged standard above — a flaw in the garment, or an error on our end, is on us, not you.

Iron Imperium covers the cost of return shipping in these cases. Your refund or replacement is processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item back.

Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived by its estimated delivery date, file a claim within 14 days of that date. We'll investigate with the courier and resolve it.

What Can't Be Returned

Personalized or custom-made items are final sale. Under EU consumer rights law, goods made to your specific request or personalization fall outside the standard right of return.

Address & Redelivery Costs

• If you enter an incorrect shipping address, reshipment costs are your responsibility.
• Unclaimed packages returned to our warehouse will incur a reshipment charge before we send them out again.
• If a courier flags your address as incomplete or undeliverable, any additional shipping cost to correct it is passed on to you.

Double-check your address at checkout — it's the easiest way to avoid this entirely.
